What is the policy?
Rapide must use the shipping service the buyer selected during our checkout.

In order to ensure a positive experience for all our users, the shipping service detailed in the listing and chosen by the buyer should be provided. If we need to change this, We will contact the supplier to make agreement.

Our Confidential Shredding Collection Service is only available using our own company Transport and Employee’s. This is to ensure full compliance with EN15713 Secure Document Destruction Policy we use to keep Confidential Documents Secure at all times.

A Shipping/Collection date will be sent to you by e-mail. If this date is not convenient, Please reply back to the e-mail to arrange a convenient date. If on the date agreed for your shipping/collection we fail to arrive, We will reschedule to the next working day. This can happen due to vehicle breakdown or Motorway closures.

Restrictions or access to shipping and collections locations must be stated on your order using special instructions to seller located in your shopping cart area. If your special instructions can not be accommodated, We will inform you and a refund will be issued.

All items during transportation will be fully Insured by Rapide scan Limited.

All Collections/Shipments will require a signature from the buyer.

The Buyer must ensure they are available to accept/issue the items on the order on the date arranged or we reserve the right to charge for the shipment cost.

Items can not exceed 22kg per item. Should your items be above this weight, Please contact our sales department before placing your order.
